Rookies Kevin Durant and Jeff Green are off to good starts to their NBA careers. Durant has played in 28 games this season for the Sonics and he is averaging 33.5 minutes, 20.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.0 steal and 1.2 blocks per game. His shooting will need to improve a bit as he’s only hitting 40.5% from the floor, 31.9% from three point range and 85.7% from the free throw line. Green has played in 28 games this season and he is averaging 22.7 minutes, 8.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. He is shooting 44% from the floor and 69.9% from the free throw line.
