45-year old head coach Scott Brooks led the Thunder to a 55-27 (67.1%) record during the regular season in 2010-11. He also got the Thunder to the Western Conference Finals, before falling 4 games to 1 to the Mavericks. The Thunder were 9-8 (52.9%) overall during the playoffs. Brooks was really getting outcoached pretty badly by Rick Carlisle in the Western Conference Finals though, so everything’s not rosy with him. Brooks now has a 127-106 (54.5%) record during the regular season in his first three years with the Thunder. He is also 11-12 (47.8%) during the playoffs. With larger expectations out of the team, Brooks is going to start to get evaluated under a microscope.
