The Sonics played good defense Friday Night holding the Suns to 39.5% shooting from the floor but it just wasn’t enough to win. Chris Wilcox had a monster game with 22 points, 15 rebounds and 2 assists. Wally Szczerbiak pitched in with 13 points and 2 rebounds last night but he made a crucial error late in the game when he called a timeout that the Sonics didn’t have resulting in a technical. Nick Collison had a solid game off of the bench with 11 points and 12 rebounds. The Supersonics are now 13-37 on the season.

The Sonics played one of their best games of the season last night in Sacramento. They outscored the Kings 57-43 in the 2nd half. They also outrebounded the Kings 54-42, shot 52.6% from the floor and held the Kings to 36.7% shooting from the floor which explains the nice road win last night. Earl Watson got the start a point guard and he recorded a triple double last night. Watson finished with 23 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 2 steals. Kevin Durant pitched in with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists. Chris Wilcox was tough around the basket as he finished up with 15 points and 10 rebounds. The Supersonics are now 13-36 on the season.

The Sonics outrebounded the Knicks 55-34 on Saturday Night and that was a big reason for the victory on Saturday Night. Kevin Durant only shot 7 for 21 from the floor and he finished with 21 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots. Chris Wilcox was outstanding also as he finished with 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Nick Collison only played 24 minutes off of the bench in this game and he finished with 9 points and 12 rebounds. The Supersonics are now 12-35 on the season.

The Supersonics were pounding the LeBron James-less Cavaliers 85-68 after three quarters but they had to hold on to win this game as the Cavs made a furious comeback. Jeff Green pitched in with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Kurt Thomas also had a decent game with 16 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. The Supersonics are now 11-35 on the season.
