Chris Wilcox continues to improve for the Seattle Supersonics

Blogged under Bloglockers, Steppin Out, Front Page by alleyoop on Thursday 29 November 2007 at 10:06 pm

Not many people outside of Seattle get to watch power forward Chris Wilcox play but that doesn’t mean that he’s not a rising player. He has played in 16 games this season and he has averaged 29.9 minutes, 15.5 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steal per game. The Sonics would be smart to get the ball down low to Wilcox even more than they already are as he’s a pest in the paint for opposing teams.

The Seattle Supersonics will be without Luke Ridnour for 2-4 weeks

Luke Ridnour will miss the next 2-4 weeks with a torn left quad. He has played in 6 games this season (2 starts) and he has averaged 15.2 minutes, 2.0 points, 1.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 steal per game. The Sonics won’t miss Ridnour too much while he’s out as Earl Watson and Delonte West have passed him up on the depth chart.
