The Seattle Supersonics are young in the starting lineup
The Sonics might be young in the starting lineup but they are talented. 1st round pick Kevin Durant will be the main man on offense for the Sonics. He has all of the moves and he has a soft outside shot which will make him a force at some point this season. Earl Watson won the starting job at point guard for the Sonics and he’s a good passer which should help the offense. He played in 72 games (25 starts) for the Sonics last season and he averaged 27.9 minutes, 9.4 points, 2.4 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 1.3 steals per game. Damien Wilkins will be the starting small forward at the start of the season for the Sonics. He played in 82 games (31 starts) for the Sonics last year and he averaged 24.9 minutes, 8.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.1 steals per game. Chris Wilcox will be the starting power forward for the Sonics again this season and he’s been quite a steal for the Sonics as he was acquired in the Vladimir Radmanovic trade with the Clippers. Wilcox played in 82 games (81 starts) last season for the Sonics and he averaged 31.5 minutes, 13.5 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game. Nick Collison will be the starting center at the start of the season for the Sonics and he was a pleasant surprise for them last year. Collison played in 82 games (56 starts) last season for the Sonics and he averaged 29.0 minutes, 9.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game.
