The rookies of the Seattle Supersonics earn a D+
The rookies of the Sonics didn’t get much of a chance to show what they can do this season, but it appears as if the Sonics blew another Draft. C Mouhamed Sene was the 1st round pick of the Sonics and he played more games in the D-League than the NBA. He played in 28 games for the Sonics and he averaged 6.1 minutes, 1.9 points and 1.6 rebounds. He only hit 36.7% of his shots from the floor and that is pathetic for a player his size! Forward Mickael Gelebale played in 70 games this season and he averaged 17.7 minutes, 4.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game. He also shot a decent 46.2% from the floor and he looks like he’ll be a decent backup forward for the Sonics in the future. F/C Andre Brown played in 38 games last season and he averaged 2.4 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.1 assists per game. He nailed 56.8% of his shots from the floor and he looks like he also might be a decent reserve for the Sonics.
